On January 29, 2012, celebrating the Feast of Saint Francis de Sales (patron saint of journalists), Casa Juan Diego, the Houston
Catholic Worker launched a redesign of its website in both English and Spanish. The

Along with the new design, the site now provides search capabilities for the numerous
articles and resources. Featured and Highlighted posts and a new library of pictures of
the work of the Casa are among the new elements on the site. These pictures will be
gradually added to the various articles over the coming year. The new site also provides a
new platform allowing faster publishing of new content.
Mark and Louise said of the new site: “We are excited about the new design and making
information about Casa Juan Diego more accessible for our readers. We are grateful to
our son, Joachim, for his work on the site.”
